About the Website

The Website is an information and marketing site for pharmacy owners and pharmacy groups. It describes the PharmacyConnect platform and lets you request a free Digital Health Check or get in touch with us. The Website is intended for business users in the Republic of Ireland and is not directed at consumers or patients.

Using the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Website by, anyone else. In particular, you agree not to:

The Digital Health Check

The Digital Health Check is a free, no-obligation service. When you submit a request, we generate an indicative digital health score based on your answers and then prepare a personalised report which we send to you by email. Any score, estimate or figure we provide (including any estimate of time saved, calls reduced or revenue) is indicative only, is based on the information you give us and general assumptions, and does not constitute a guarantee, a professional recommendation, or financial, legal or regulatory advice.

Submitting a Digital Health Check request, or otherwise contacting us through the Website, does not create any contract or ongoing obligation between you and PharmacyConnect. Any engagement to provide the PharmacyConnect platform or related services will be governed by a separate written agreement.

Information you provide

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide through the Website is accurate and up to date. We handle personal data you provide in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, branding, images, layout and software — is owned by or licensed to Village Financial Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. The PharmacyConnect name, logo and brand are our property. You may view and print pages from the Website for your own internal business reference, but you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

The Website may contain links to third party websites and resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
